Here is a glossary of web site-related terms that I am going to start compiling gradually so I don’t have to explain each term when it’s used in my posts.

• Adsense — Google’s advertising program, allowing publishers of web site to make money every time a visitor clicks on the ads Google displays on such a web site. See also PPC.
• PPC — Pay-per-click. An advertising method, where the publisher is paid for each click on the ads delivered by the advertising networks through their web site. For example, Adsense.
